Melody Marte

As a designer my aim is for women to feel comfortable and confident in my designs. My artistic vision comes from a combination of inspirations from things around me. Sometimes, I take inspiration from art, history, or nature. Personally, I like to look to nature to implement abstract elements and creative silhouettes. As a child, I would go to the park and draw as a pastime. Since then, nature has always been important to me. Not only do I take inspiration from nature, but when designing I also aim to implement sustainable elements.

As I flourish as a designer my inspirations and techniques change, but my motivation remains the same. I want to continue to design garments that not only represent me, but also let those who wear them feel comfortable and self assured in who they are.
